Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing The District Studios as your event venue. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Booking Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date:
Full refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. -
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date:
50% refund of total booking amount (minus deposit). -
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date:
No refund will be issued.
3. Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your event date:

Rescheduling is allowed once, at no additional cost, if requested at least 14 days in advance.

Further rescheduling may incur a fee of $100.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not show up on the day of your event and no prior cancellation notice is given, no refund will be issued.
5. Special Circumstances
In cases of emergency or extreme weather conditions, we may offer a refund or allow rescheduling at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
